Services Provided:

Emotional Support
Family transitioning and helping with new roles as a parent
Feeding support (evidence-based breastfeeding and/or bottle feeding)
Infant care education, including bathing, soothing, and cloth diapering education, if desired
Maternal postpartum recovery support
Errands including grocery pick-up
Meal preparation
Light household organization and support (dishes, laundry, etc.)
Setting up nursery, sleeping, and feeding stations
Family support for siblings and pets
Community resources and referrals
Specialized support for postpartum mood disorders
Practical assistance with multiples and preemies

Packages Available:

Each family is unique as are their needs. These packages are set up to help each family figure out what may work best for them.

First Week

3 days, 4 hours/day, total 12 hours

This package can begin the day come home from hospital birth or second day after birth for home birth.

Includes all the services above to help the family to be supported from the beginning. This package can be stand alone or in addition to another package.

Basic Care

Six 4 hour days over 2-4 weeks, total 24 hours

This package to meant to support the family to reduce stress and anxiety. Any services listed above are available from day come home from hospital or one day post birth for homebirth or at a later date.

Extended Care

(Cesarean Birth, Difficult Delivery Recovery, Mom with Postpartum Mood Disorders, Babies with Colic or Reflux)

This package to meant to support the family that may be dealing with additions issues related to the birth, pregnancy, moms healing or the baby. This is meant to help support these families during this difficult times to help reduce stress and anxiety. Any services listed above are available from day come home from hospital or one day post birth for homebirth or at a later date.

Twelve 4 hour days over 6 weeks, total 48 hours
$720

Sixteen 4 hour days over 8 weeks, total 64 hours

Complimentary Interview Consultation

Prenatal Consultation: 2 hours - $50

We will allow me to get to know you and your family better, discuss your

family's needs and wishes, make a postpartum plan, contract signed

Deposit/Retainer for Services: applied to last 8 hours of work- $120

NON-REFUNDABLE

Hourly Fee: $15/hr (sliding scale available based on income)

minimum daily: 3 hours

maximum daily: 8 hours

Pay by week- last day of week work

Overnight (only in special circumstances): minimum 8 hours, hourly fee applies

Breastfeeding Consultation: minimum 1 hour- $20/hr

I take cash, check, and all major credit cards with Square

Mutliples

This package to meant to support the family that is welcoming more than one baby into the home. Supporting the family during this transition time as they work on managing the organization of multiples to help reduce stress and anxiety. Any services listed above are available from day come home from hospital or one day post birth for homebirth or at a later date.
